As we celebrate our 25 years of existence in the market, we would like to briefly reflect on our journey as a Document Management solutions company and associated services. In this moment of celebration, we want to express our sincere gratitude to the entire GADSA universe for your collaboration and continued support.
Over the years, we have grown side by side, which has allowed us to achieve goals and overcome adversities together. Today, more than ever, we recognize the importance of innovation and sustainability in our business strategy. As well as our commitment to increasingly cementing Social Responsibility, as we consider it fundamental to success in a world in constant change.

History
Founded in:
In August it was established in partnership with GADSA Spain, becoming in 2006 a company with exclusively national capital.
Acquisition of INFORGEIDE:
Acquired INFORGEIDE – Produtos e Serviços para a Gestão Eletrónica da Informação SA, with a view to strengthening its ability to respond to customer needs, particularly in the area of microfilming and digitization.
NATO Industrial Safety Certification:
It obtained NATO Industrial Safety certification and had the Self-Protective Measures for its facilities in Benavente, Lot 11, approved by the National Civil Protection Authority.
BPO Service
Internally took over the BPO service from a leader in the financial sector, in its own facilities (Morelena/Pêro Pinheiro) with an area of 2,100 m².
Change of Headquarters
Permanent change of headquarters to Morelena - Pêro Pinheiro.
Opening of Facilities in Maia:
With a spirit of growth and strengthening proximity to our customers, we opened facilities in Maia.
Partnership with GESTDOC:
Start of partnership with GESTDOC – Gestão e Arquivos SA, an Angolan company, leader in the Document Management market.
Change in Capital Composition:
Change in its capital composition, in a transitional phase, changed to 50% Valtripeiro SA and 50% Fundo de Investimento Nest Capital Fund., resulting in shared administration.
Acquisition of Entire Capital
The Alonso Henriques Family now holds all of the capital.

Data protection policy:
Adherence to the data protection policy, ensuring confidentiality, security and privacy of Personal Information as established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and in Law No. 58/2019.
Information security:
Reinforcement of the guarantee of trust and satisfaction of Stakeholders, consolidating their values and principles. In compliance with data protection legislation, implementation of ISO 27001 standard, with a defined General Information Security Policy.
Documentation Security:
In accordance with current legislation, GADSA guarantees the security of its files, through registration in the National Personal Data Protection Authority and accreditation with the National Security Authority, which allows the handling of classified documentation.
Archive deposits are built from scratch, for the exclusive use of Archive Custody (in non-combustible materials) and are installed in anti-seismic concrete structures.
