Confidential Destruction
GADSA has a destruction of documents which ensures Customers' security and compliance with existing legal standards, rules and procedures.
The process of destruction of documents takes place in accordance with the safeguard and guarantee measures applicable under the terms of the Art. 32 GDPR. Due treatment is also given environmental documents, ensuring security and compliance with legally existing standards, rules and procedures.
Document Collection Process
Document collection is carried out under strict security conditions, using vehicles from the GADSA fleet equipped with GPS. Safe-type containers, with a capacity of 70L, 120L and 240L, made of aluminum and equipped with an integrated security lock, which gives them tamper-proof characteristics, or simple plastic containers can be used.
Documents are placed inside security containers in their original state, including filing cabinets, with separators, staples and clips, thus avoiding the process of preparation, packaging and packaging and/or handling of documentation/information.
You documents are destroyed by a certified Waste Operator, allowing high security and confidentiality requirements to be maintained in accordance with the international standard DIN 66399.
At the end of the confidential document destruction process, a destruction certificate is issued. The entire operation is supervised by external quality managers in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
