The customer makes the consultation request through the GADSA – SCA Online platform, using the original file or a copy.
The steps for requesting consultation of the original document are:
- Alert to archive operator - collection of original + physical location.
- Collection of a copy of the consultation request - Indication of the original in consultation.
- Registration of existence and delivery of the original.
- The original document is placed in an individual security bag for the customer
Finally, the physical documentation is delivered upon signature of the delivery form by the customer.

The steps when ordering a copy are:

- Collection of a copy of the consultation request - Indication of the original in consultation.
- The document is scanned and sent by email or made available through the SCA platform.
- Keep the original document.
Finally, the customer receives notification that the document is available for consultation on the SCA platform or by sending an email with an attached copy.
