GADSA has a destruction of documents which ensures Customers' security and compliance with existing legal standards, rules and procedures.
The process of destruction of documents takes place in accordance with the safeguard and guarantee measures applicable under the terms of the Art. 32 GDPR. Due treatment is also given environmental documents, ensuring security and compliance with legally existing standards, rules and procedures.
Document Collection Process
A recolha dos documentos é efetuada em condições de rigorosa segurança, com recurso a viaturas da frota da GADSA equipadas com GPS . Podem ser utilizados contentores tipo-cofre, com capacidade de 70L, 133L e 240L, construídos em alumínio e equipados com fechadura de segurança integrada, que lhes atribui características de inviolabilidade, ou contentores simples em plástico.
Documents are placed inside security containers in their original state, including filing cabinets, with separators, staples and clips, thus avoiding the process of preparation, packaging and packaging and/or handling of documentation/information.
You documents are destroyed by a certified Waste Operator, allowing high security and confidentiality requirements to be maintained in accordance with the international standard DIN 66399.
